I am a big fan of growing the game as much as possible and I know you must start with the fairer sex.... Girlfriends and Wives worldwide hate weekends because of 1 thing - RUGBY. What better way to get them more interested than by showing half naked athletes. These guys are the unconventional 'Players of the Week'.
'Player of the Week' for a man: The guy that scored more tries than anyone, kicked more conversions and tackled (preferably an Aussie, Kiwi or Pom) guys into next week.
'Player of the Week' for a woman: OOOOOH.....he's CUTE.
Coupled with hunky men is a 'Rugby 101' tab to gain a better knowledge of the rules....Men all over are thanking our lucky stars not too have to explain these already challenging rules. Especially at breakdown. I think some of the men should brush up on the rules too (maybe a couple of Refs) ...HA HA
PinkRugby not only tackles the basics of the game but appeals to men and rugby supporters all over with good stories and interesting predictions. This is well worth having a look at and its also great to get some insights from Australian supporters.
